At the following calender you will find the availibility. RED is booked and GREEN is available. At an half coloured day you can arrive or leave. Click on an arrivel day, next on a departure day and fill in the amount of people above 5 years who travel together. Click than at the button "price" and the price exclusiv touristtax appears. Final cleaning, energycosts, bedding, towels (1x change/week) and childbeds/chairs are all costless.Apartment Gian is suitable for 6 to 8 people and has a surface of 85m2. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a spacious entrance. In the hallway you will find the doors leading to the bathroom with bath, the separate toilet, the kitchen and the bedrooms. There is a spacious bedroom for 4 people with a double bed and bunk beds. The elegant fire, with 2 luxurious arm chairs in front of it, gives this room a lot of atmosphere. You will also find a television here. The other bedroom has a double bed. This room has many windows and is connected to the spacious covered balcony. Via the balcony you can go into the garden. The open kitchen is very complete and has enough seats. It has a cozy dining area with that typical Austrian atmosphere. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, water cooker and micro wave. In the open kitchen you will find a television and DVD-player as well as a luxurious, leather, double bed settee for 2 more people to sleep on.
