Piesendorf is an atmospheric village, only 6km to the west of the well-known Zell am See, just across Kaprun. Piesendorf and its surrounding area is very beautiful during all seasons. In winter there is a lot to experience in the region Salzburgerland. The skiing area Europa Sportregion offers plenty of opportunities for various winter sports activities. Within 10 minutes you can reach the ski lifts of Kaprun or Zell am See by making use of the free ski bus or own transport. Piesendorf has the Erlebnis mountain, which offers plenty of opportunities for both young and old people. The village has a very sunny location, on 785m above sea level, and has about 3750 inhabitants
The small picturesque centre has a supermarket, a butcher, a baker, a bank, a tourist office and various restaurants, everything within walking distance. Our apartment building is located on the outskirts of the village. There is plenty of parking space available. The terrain is very child-friendly and fenced off. Children can slide down a small hill in the garden with a sleigh.
