The Pinzgau trail leads from Zell am See to Krimml.<br \/><br \/>\u2022Local cross-country ski trail (15 km)<br \/>\u2022Glacier trail on the Kitzsteinhorn (3 km)<br \/>\u2022Night trail in Kaprun (3 km)<br \/>\u2022Schloss trail in Kaprun (6 km)<br \/>\u2022Golf course cross-country ski trail (5.4 km)<br \/>\u2022Connecting cross-country ski trail to Saalfelden (100km)<br \/>\u2022Connection to the Pinzgauer cross-country ski trail (200 km)<\/p><p>There are also various high-altitude cross-country ski trails in the Hohe Tauern nature reserve: the high moor trail in Mittersill (23 km), the high-altitude trail in Hochkrimml (12 km), the high-altitude trail Hochb\u00fchel in the Rauris valley (2 km).<\/p><p>Most cross-country ski trails in Zell am See-Kaprun can be combined and extended into bigger adventures. If you want to go high up while cross-country skiing, simply head for the glacier or high-altitude trail.<br \/>Because endurance athletes are still active after sunset, cross-country skiers can enjoy two special experiences with the night trails in Sch\u00fcttdorf (3.2 km) and Kaprun (3.9 km).<\/p><p>The cross-country skiing center in Kaprun is just a short drive from our house. Next to an information board with details, you&#039;ll find the starting point for the popular Schlossloipe (Castle Trail). For beginners, the Alpine Ski School offers cross-country skiing lessons right next to the trail.
