You will receive our confirmation immediately after we receive your reservation.
Your reservation will only become effective after you have made the prepayment listed on the confirmation.
The rental price refers to the entire duration of your booked stay.
If you arrive later or depart earlier, you will still have to pay the price for the booked period.

Prices:
The prices include bed linen, towels, final cleaning, water and electricity.

Local tax:
The local tax is €2.55 per person per night including mobility tax in 2026. Children up to 15 years are free.

Arrival and departure: Check-in time for apartments and rooms is 4:00 PM and check-out time is before 10:00 AM. We kindly ask you to respect these times so that we can clean the apartments.

Holiday apartments:
Should you notice any defects in or on the apartment/room upon your arrival, please report them immediately so that we can rectify them as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for any subsequent complaints or defects.
Should any accidents occur during your stay, we kindly ask you to report them as soon as possible so that we can repair the damage.

We only have non-smoking apartments . However, an ashtray is provided, but it is only intended for outdoor use.

Cleaning:
We will handle the final cleaning. You should leave the apartment tidy, dispose of all rubbish, and leave the dishes clean and dry in the cupboard.
If the apartment is not left in a suitable condition, we will have to charge additional cleaning fees.

Maximum number of people:
The tenant may not sublet the apartment and may not allow more people to stay overnight than agreed.

All legal matters are governed by the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry in Austria 2006, which can be found here.

Travel cancellation insurance:
To avoid any costs in case of cancellation, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance via the following link: http://hotel.europaeische.at.

Pets:
Pets are only allowed in the specific apartment by prior arrangement. There is an additional charge of 10 euros per day.

Cot / Chair:
If you require a cot or highchair, please reserve them with us in advance. We provide these free of charge.

Child discount:
Child discounts are calculated automatically.

Washing / Drying:
For a fee you can use our washing machine and tumble dryer.

Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your confirmed reservation, please inform us in writing. The following fees apply:

• The accommodation contract can be cancelled by either party by unilateral declaration up to three months before the agreed arrival date of the guest, subject to payment of a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the deposit. Outside of this period, cancellation by unilateral declaration of the contracting party is only possible upon payment of the following cancellation fees:
  – up to 1 month before the arrival date 50 % of the total arrangement price;
  – up to 1 week before the arrival date, 70% of the total arrangement price;
  – in the last week before the arrival date, 90 % of the total arrangement price.
  No Show 100% of the total arrangement price.

Travel cancellation insurance
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
For example, you can take out insurance when booking online.

Park
There is ample parking available in our parking lot.

Liability
We are not responsible for any damage or injury that occurs during your stay on our property, regardless of the cause (unless gross negligence can be proven on the part of the landlord).
The tenant is responsible for himself, as well as for all registered persons and visitors, for complying with all obligations arising from the reservation and the stay.
