After the receipt of your reservation, we will send you the confirmation of your reservation together with the entire bill.
The reservation of your stay becomes effective after you made the advance payment, which amount you can see on the bill/registration confirmation.
The rental amount refers to the entire period of your booked period.
If you should arrive later or depart earlier, the rent/price has to be paid in any case for the whole booked period.
Prices are per person per night in the category booked, including local taxes, bedding, towels and final cleaning.
Local taxes are charged at 2,30€ per day. Children up to 15 years old are free.
The child discount is automatically calculated in the price.
Children bed / chair:
If you want to use a baby bed or chair, please make you reservation in an early stage.
We can order this for you for free.
Arrival and departure:
The arrival time for the apartments is 4p.m. and the departure time is before 10 a.m.
Because of the cleaning of the apartments and rooms, we kindly ask you to respect these times.
Maximum number of persons:
The tenant may not sublet the apartment and is not allowed to let more people stay/overnight in the apartment than the number we agreed in the reservation.
It is not allowed to bring your pets in the apartment without asking us. It is possible for 5 euro extra p. night is a couple of apartments.
Cancellation fees: Unilateral cancellation by the contracting party:
Cancellation: If you cancel until 90 days before arrival, you pay 50% of your prepayment. You will be charged 70% of the total price if you cancel in the 90 days before arrival. If you don’t show up you will be charged the total price. (Times shown are from the properties' time-zone (CEST)
- How to cancel?
You have to send us a confirmation email to cancel your booking.
- Prepayment: You will be charged a prepayment of 25% of the total price after reservation.
- In the case of a no-show, late arrival or early departure, the full price of the package will be charged.

If you notice at your arrival any deficiencies or problems in the rooms or the apartments, we kindly ask you to report us this immediately so that we can solve the problem as soon as possible.
For complaints which you report later, we take unfortunately no responsibility.
Should during your stay happen any incidents, we kindly ask you to report this as soon as possible, so that we can repair the damages.
We only have non-smoker rooms and apartments.
We are – without consideration of the cause – not responsible for any damages or injuries , which are caused during the stay on our plot/resort, unless, the operator can be proved by gross negligence.
The tenant is responsible both for himself and for all registered people and visitors for the compliance of all obligations, that develop from the reservation and the stay.
